LA VERGNE, TN – Ingram Entertainment Inc. is announcing changes to the structure of its sales and marketing management team. John Reding, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, will assume a transitional role with the Company during 2006. A 25-year veteran of Ingram Entertainment and Commtron Corporation, Mr. Reding has elected to pursue opportunities outside of the Company after 2006 and to spend more time with his family.
Effective January 4, 2006, Bob Geistman, Ingram’s present Senior Vice President, Interactive Media and Business Development, will become the organization’s Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Geistman, a 20-year associate who also serves as VSDA’s current Chairman, will manage both the Company’s Interactive Media and Video Sales and Marketing groups.
Mr. Reding will continue to be involved with the Company on a consulting basis. “John Reding has been an extremely important member of the Ingram team for the past quarter of a century. We thank John for his many contributions to our Company, and we wish him much success in his new endeavors,” observed David Ingram, Ingram Entertainment Chairman and President.
